Meet Dr. Jason Pape

  • Dr.
    Jason Pape

As a holistic healthcare practitioner, Dr. Pape is a gatekeeper for his patient's overall health and wellness - a holistic doctor using the spine as his portal of entry to the body

While traditional medicine looks at the body as a series of autonomous systems working independently of each other, Dr. Pape understands the intricate and intimate interrelation of the bodies systems, and that affecting one system will affect all of the other systems of the body. With this knowledge always at the forefront, Dr. Pape will search for the root cause of any challenges you are experiencing, and take steps to correct it via a combination of chiropractic adjustments, lifestyle modifications and exercise, and dietary and nutritional recommendations.

Dr. Pape has achieved certifications in the following techniques:

    Activator Methods
    Graston Technique
    Webster Technique

    FAKTR Technique

    NIMMO Trigger Point Therapy
In order to assure that his patients receive the highest levels of care, Dr. Pape has earned two post-graduate degrees, one in Chiropractic Sports Medicine and a second in Pediatrics, becoming the first Long Island-based Chiropractor certified by the Academy of Chiropractic Family Practice, as well as finishing a third in Neurosensory Integration.

Dr. Pape realizes that the absence of pain or symptoms is not the presence of health. Thus, he uses his Three to Thrive Method, a 3 pronged approach to allow his patients to thrive, not just survive. Also, not wanting the wellness message to be confined solely to his office, Dr.Pape hosts a weekly public access cable show on Cablevision channel 20 and gives regular informational lectures on topics ranging from the dangers of inflammation and vaccinations to the ever-expanding fields of anti-aging, wellness care, and epigenetics.

Biography: Dr. Jason Pape graduated summa cum laude from New York Chiropractic College in 1997. He holds Post-graduate degrees in pediatrics (C.A.C.C.P.) and chiropractic sports medicine (C.C.S.P.) and is finishing a third degree in Neurosensory Integration. Dr. Pape is certified in the following techniques: Activator Methods, Graston Technique, FAKTR Technique, NIMMO Trigger Point Therapy and the Webster Technique. He has training in the following techniques: Chiropractic Biophysics, Cox Flexion-Distraction, Applied Kinesiology and Chiropractic Neurology. Dr. Pape is also experienced in the following modalities: Low level laser therapy/cold laser therapy and spinal decompression. Dr. Pape is a member of the Chiropractic Honor Society Phi Chi Omega and has been in private practice for 16 years, with the last 10 years in solo practice.

Reviews By Our Satisfied Patients

  • "I was very impressed with the chiropractic care I received from Dr. Anderson. I had received chiropractic in the past for my neck pain, but not to this level of care. After only a few sessions, my symptoms began to disappear, especially my neck pain, and I know I would not have been able to perform to my everyday work functions without the treatment I received."

  • "I have benefitted tremendously from the chiropractic care I received from Dr. Anderson. Not only has the adjustments helped alleviate my stiffness and aches, but it has helped me have more energy and just feel more balanced over all. A few months ago, I was able to resume a favorite hobby of mine: golf. Due to my previous pain, I never thought that’d be possible."
